Welcome to the website of SCUBA DIVE RED SEA, providing diving services and marine activities, based in Hurghada – Egypt.
By using this website or booking any activity through it, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Recreational diving trips

  • PADI programs

  • Snorkeling activities

  • Daily boat trips

  • Diving equipment rental

3. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must be medically fit for diving activities.

  • A medical certificate may be required when necessary.

  • Some programs require a certified diving qualification (such as PADI Open Water or an equivalent).

  • Minimum age requirements vary depending on the program.

4. Liability and Risks

Diving is a sport that involves potential risks.
By booking with us, the customer acknowledges that they:

  • Understand the nature of risks associated with diving.

  • Accept personal responsibility for their health condition.

  • Agree to follow the instructions of instructors and guides throughout the activity.

The company is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from:

  • Concealing medical information

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Force majeure circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, coast guard decisions, etc.)

5. Booking and Payment Policy

  • A booking is considered confirmed once the customer agrees to it verbally or in writing.

  • Payment must be made in cash at the company premises or before the activity begins.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation on the first day of the program: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.

  • Cancellation on the second day or after the program has started: no refund will be issued.

  • If the activity is cancelled by the company due to bad weather or other organizational reasons beyond our control, the activity will be rescheduled or an alternative solution will be agreed upon between both parties.

7. Insurance

We recommend that all participants obtain insurance that covers diving activities. The company is not responsible for any medical costs that are not covered.

8. Use of Photos and Media

The company reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during activities for marketing purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of [Company Name] and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes arising from them shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
