    • Gegebenenfalls kann ein \u00e4rztliches Attest erforderlich sein.<\/p><\/li>

    • F\u00fcr einige Programme ist eine zertifizierte Tauchqualifikation erforderlich (wie z. B. Tauchen). PADI Open Water<\/strong> or an equivalent).<\/p><\/li>

    • Die Mindestaltersanforderungen variieren je nach Programm.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Haftung und Risiken<\/h3>

      Tauchen ist eine Sportart, die mit potenziellen Risiken verbunden ist.

            • Stornierung am ersten Tag des Programms: 50 % des Gesamtbetrags werden abgezogen.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

            • Stornierung am zweiten Tag oder nach Beginn des Programms: Es erfolgt keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

            • Falls die Aktivit\u00e4t vom Unternehmen aufgrund von schlechtem Wetter oder anderen organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden, die au\u00dferhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen, abgesagt wird, wird die Aktivit\u00e4t neu terminiert oder es wird eine alternative L\u00f6sung zwischen beiden Parteien vereinbart.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Versicherung<\/h3>

              Wir empfehlen allen Teilnehmern den Abschluss einer Versicherung, die Tauchaktivit\u00e4ten abdeckt. Das Unternehmen \u00fcbernimmt keine Haftung f\u00fcr nicht versicherte medizinische Kosten.<\/p>

              8. Verwendung von Fotos und Medien<\/h3>
